You're dynamics are great but you're seriously rushing it! Why rush?

it's a minuet. Ravel obviously didn't want it to drown in sentiment. I think she might be one of the few modern pianists who actually gotten the tempo fairly correct

Why is this so beautiful ^.^

I agree with those who say this is too fast. I have another one of her interpretations and it's fantastic. Best I have heard. This one is too much though. Reminds me of her Concertgebouw 78/79 concert. Most of the things from that one are too fast,,,

Way too fast...

@TheAnnieye7 Good to see another felloe believer here listening to this fantastic music. May I also recommend the great music of Frederico Mompou, another impressionist (though born in Barcelon and lesser known) whose musci is romantic and mysterious, and somewhat less "formal" sounding than Ravel's. There are many videos of his work here, some on my own channel. I'm rather sure you will love his music. Check out the CHARMEs and the MUSICA COLLADA series of works. God bless!

It's the left hand's leading theme, which builds everything up to about 1:07, from where you have diminuendo. I forget what the exact technical terms are...took music theory like 4 years ago...but yes, I don't know about your sheet music, but her interpretation should be "correct."

to fast :(

I feel it like a baroque minuet.. So I like it (and I play it) slower!
Argerich has really discovered the depths inside this piece. It's not just one melodic line, but multiple voices hidden inside and after numerous listenings I discover these little nuances and I'm like "Oh wow, I never noticed that!"
