@emquandra You should have heard the Berwald that was on here a few months ago. That was to die for! I wish Dusan would put it back up, if it's okay with the bassoonist.

@mauriwayar y i only play normal basson too. no french basson and i only started learning this notes now but now my opinion is that they are not THAT difficult

it's a pity we don't have a version with french bassoon in youtube (which is possibly nearer to the autor's intention...).
