The absolute beginner class for Vim. Only knowledge assumption made is that you have vim installed. I cover basic motions and commands needed to get you to a point where you're doing better than Notepad.

NOTE: If you're at a stage where you're learning something from this video don't even think about using my vimrc it will really mess your learning curve up worse than it usually is with Vim.

Caveat: This is an unedited recording from a live class I taught at BuffaloLab, if there's a question in the background that you can't quite hear let me know and I'll add an annotation for it.
