Not to worry, Namco said they were going to release Tales of Hearts, 2 different ways. One with Cg events and the otehr with Animeish events. Ofcourse, I wish Namco wouldnt go CG with the Tales of game sin the future I hope, It losses some of its "special" charm.

I....really don't see the problem here. If you want anime, buy the anime release. No one is forcing you to get the CGI release.
Though I admit I do prefer the anime style for the tales series.

It's possible it won't come out in English...there's been a few other DS Tales games IIRC, and none of them have made it to the US or Europe.
