No, graffiti should not be legal, thats the point, you are going to do your thing EVEN THOUGH there are laws and what not. graffiti will always and should always stay illegal.

fresh it seems like your not a writer tho caus alot of the fuel we use in our chosen form of expresion is all that hate and violence and alienation that we feel. still graff has made me a better person so when it comes down to it what laws you want me to be breakin? the ones that say i cant write graff or the ones that say i cant rob your ass. sandy you do good work your stuff hits me right between the eyes. thanks again
