Los Músculos de las piernas: así como no pueden faltar las actividades que favorezcan la circulación, tampoco podemos olvidar aquellos ejercicios que tonifiquen los abductores, la cola, las caderas y el cuádriceps. Pues de esta forma endurecemos la cara interna y externa de nuestras piernas evitando la flaccidez.
