  • wonder what GSP runs in the beep test?

  • You know what would be amazing? If everyone put less effort on criticizing everyone else and put it towards accomplishing their dreams and goals. Imagine how different the world would be?

  • @heat4yoass You're gonna use the bench press to illustrate your point? Inaccurate as that shit may be, GSP benches 3 plates these days.

Besides, BJ Penn dominated the lightweights during his time and was a decent welterweight, and he couldn't bench 150 for 12 reps.

  • Sorry, George, but. . ."I'm not impressed by your performance." :))

  • @heat4yoass it doesn't matter if the black belt in jiu jitsu can't hit a bag correctly and you can. he's still going to break your fucking arm. James Tony got his ass whipped when he stepped into the octagon. You're retarded.

  • @heat4yoass I run for 5 miles a day every day. I don't get tired...EVER. And speed bags arent a necessity for fighting. I am well versed in several speed bag excercises other than the every third bounce drill we see in all the rocky movies and about every single boxer montage with the exception of Freddie roach who is able to uppercut the bag without it bouncing (which i am versed in as well). Boxer only<MMA Fighter (Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling)

  • @heat4yoass First of all, is this Mike Tyson? lol I couldn't here your lisp through the comment box. Secondly MMA is not a real martial art, it is a sport, it is made of Mixed Martial Arts. Two of which being very popular in MMA Muy Thai, and Jujitsu. They take years to master. Boxing is a sport created for people's entertainment, Muy Thai and Jujitsu are battlefield arts, designed to kill the enemy and save warriors lives. You can't possibly think that a Boxer could stand five minutes on t

  • @heat4yoass Yea, lol that's what James Toney said to Randy Couture before his 30 second enlightenment; your ignorance of martial arts is appalling!!

  • @heat4yoass I don't know where you find a MMA fighter "ready to fight" in 6 months but i studied Judo for 15 year and kick boxing for 5 and i didn't fight yet.

  • @heat4yoass Eat my fuck you cunt! I am Italian btw

  • @heat4yoass Stupid...

  • @XMetalChefX In my opinion, you sound like you have a lot of mass on you which isn't doing anything for your cardio. I understand MMA guys. But MMA guys need to understand no matter what they do, they will never come close to a boxer's skills. Ever. A good boxer is trained in five years. I've seen dudes go in gyms ready to be MMA fighters in 6 months of training! They can't even hit a speed bag correctly.
