  • If by the criterion of the Jews that God must be heard by the very ears of the Jews just as they have heard Him at Sinai during the time of Moses so as to be a real revelation, then that too has been fulfilled when Jesus walked and preached among them at the very Temple of Jerusalem. Just try to count the coincidences of the prophecies and what Jesus did and the odds of it ever happening again start accumulating by orders of magnitude.

As Lyonellelion said, "TRUTH BY DEFINITION IS EXCLUSIVE."

  • @lyonellelion Amen.

  • chanteur73 this is in fact Satan,God said that this serpent speaks, do you know of any snakes speaking to any human in history of mankind other than in Genesis 3? also Gen 3 :13 Eve states that she was beguiled by the serpent, can you be beguiled by any of today's snakes? No. Gen 3:1 God said the serpent was more subtil than any of the other beast. This serpent walked or flew because God curses it to it's belly Gen 3:14. May God Bless you.

  • TRUTH BY DEFINITION IS EXCLUSIVE.

  • There are other prophecies of Messiah being born of a woman. It is not the only prophecy of Messiah but it is the first one. As soon as Adam sinned word came of Messiah. It is more than an ordinary man being born and it is more than as serpent being crushed. You can't have sin without the word of redemption. G-d is not unjust and He is not imperfect. God's creation was also not imperfect. There was a provision. Abraham also speaks of that same provision that God would provide Himself. (Shalom!)

  • Ge. 3:15 says: "he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel" (הוּא יְשׁוּפְךָ רֹאשׁ, וְאַתָּה תְּשׁוּפֶנּוּ עָקֵב). So what does the snake wound? The Messiah? For us Jews this means that the species of snakes and human being are enemies. The snake in the story is not Satan, since Satan is created by G-d and has a definite task in the world.

  • Just believe the Hebrew Scriptures from the very beginning where it says someone born of a woman will crush the serpent's head. Every other prophecy of Messiah is based on this first prophecy of Messiah (born of a woman) crushing the serpent's head.

  • Elohim... in the same way as 'mayim', Hebr. water (מים) is plural while intended in singular. Fundamentalism is a bad disease.

  • There is only one truth. There is only one Messiah. There is only one Savior. There is only one begotten Son of God. There is only one way to God and that is through the truth of God's word concerning His Salvation for us through the blood of the one and only Messiah Yeshua who has sent us the one and only Holy Spirit of Truth. There is nothing plural about God's word because God is One. God is plural (Elohim) but that plurality is One, One Word and One Truth.
