Whilst I love the colours, the animation style for this series utilised is not pleasing to the eye at all. The anime style which previous series used like - putting the Japanese titles first as the English dubs to all of the Transformers series is abysmal - Micron Legend (Armada), Car Robots (RiD) and Superlink (Energon) was much better. Here's hoping that Hasbro will return to that style soon.

The children nowadays are used to watching this kind of cartoons, thats why. G1 Transf were completely focused in personality and Story. The way we watch cartoons now have changed dramatically.

This show wasn't trying to remake your beloved G1 cartoon. If you are looking for a remake go online and watch it on Youtube in High Quality. This show was a new direction for Transformers, focusing more on a central plot and charecter development then just throwing out charecters to sell new toys. Don't get me wrong, I like G1 but you shouldn't bash down every new Transformers show just because its not an exact copy of the origional cartoon.

are none of you going to watch the actual show? art alone does not make a show shit. the show has very good writing and many throwbacks to the g1 show. g1 was not perfect either. you say this animation is bad but it does not have half the coloring and layering errors as g1.

I concur, my friend. The animation is extremely childish. Nevertheless, what should we expect? There hasn't been a successful remake of a classic cartoon since...uh...wow, I have no examples whatsoever! What can I say...since X-men was re-done, I have lost complete and total faith in today's animators/cartoon artists...
