use gmail so that all your related emails (ccs, bccs, fwds, etc.) are automatically grouped into one thread on a single page so you don't have to jump back and forth to see what's going on...
google is genius :)

I have like 0 e-mails in my inbox! I love it! All I have ot do is mark allot of things spam (that are spam) and I get very few e-mails like that.

I get super annoyed by the cc! Most of the time the email is completely lacking context and it takes like five MORE emails for me to figure out exactly what's going on and why I was cc'ed. Take the time to write a NEW e-mail to people, tailored with the information EACH person needs!

I agree, although sometimes its good to CC someone to make sure they are in the loop.
