    Yeah. I like it too.. One thing you need to know about this program at the site MusclesMaximizer.info

    is that it is a downloadable program.. And you can easily get started with it..

    I myself have tried it and in just a couple of weeks, my muscles started to grow. :)

  • @ganthonyvr If you wanna build muscles you have to eat alot.

    Because if you want to get bigger you have to get more calories than you body needs.So eat things that are high in Protein like chicken,turkey,red meat,shrimps,fish...and milk is also good if you drink low fat milk:)

    And if you eat a lot carbs at the moment like pasta or bread try to cut you carbs.

  • hi friend, i dont want to be a bodybuilder, i do want muscle on me though; this is my first time ever lifting weight. im 35 i am skinny no muscle at all. my question is do i need to eat like that as a starter too or what kind of diet do i need to be on? i was trying to stay away from red meats, milk, and anything fat but please teach me and let me know if im right or not. thank u in advanced
