@shameful911 In this stretch it's tough for Amtrak to really go fast. Way too many curves plus you don't want to miss the scenery in Glenwood Canyon. Across the plains, the Zephyr is known to go over 80mph in some areas.

We took the Zephyr to Chicago then hopped on the Cardinal to Baltimore. It was a round trip in first class bedrooms. I've uploaded vids if you want to take a look. Thanks for a great video!

boy in 3 years i'm going from seattle to san fransico, san fransico to chicago, chicago to los angeles, los angeles to new orleans and new orleans to atlanta 3 years because amtrak won't let me on a train alone untill age 15=(
