Most E36 owners install a Signature Motoring performance intake kit for around 9HP gain. Cost is a mere $150 or so, best value per HP gain in the E36 line.
Install time if only about 30-45 minutes in most applications. I have one in my 94 325i cabrio.
Crazy nice sound. Most performance guys install a Signature Motoring performance intake kit for around 9HP gain in the E30.
Install time is about 30 min, maybe 45 for two left hands. LOL
@OMAR072954 hey im not the owner of this car. but, i know of someone who did a similar thing. if you have access to a welder. or a friend who knows how to weld. using an engine stand and mounts from both the bmw and 2jz, you can fabricate your own mounts :) much cheaper than buying them or getting someone to make em for you.
Greetings fellow 2jzer....We have done the same conversion and I know the joys that we both share...Can u give any tips on how to get the water temp and tach working? hwaugh@yahoo.com. Thanks
