Simple Neural Network (Built with Processing)

A very basic neural network, complete with neurons, synapses, action potentials, etc. and represented by a force-directed graph. Built using processing (http://processing.org) and Traer's physics library for the graph (http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~traer/physics/) and the neurons and synapses persisted using a Neo4j (http://neo4j.org/) graph database. @SiriusFuenmayor - sadly it was lost when I spilled tomato soup on my laptop. I still have the HD though and I'm going to try and recover it (probably this weekend.)

I'm in the process of rebuilding it now but with more of an API feel and after I've got the signalling bit working again (also this weekend) I'll post it on github.

@SiriusFuenmayor I added a basic run down of how the visual part works to the description. I'm posting the code as-is on Github now and hopefully it will be available soon. It should be versioned anyway (lest I spill again.)
