LaRouche: Want To Fund Health Care? Take Back the Trillions In Bail-out

Is your Congressman a Blue Dog who can't get past the idea of "money," and being a (knee)-jerk fiscal conservative? Well, here's LaRouche's simple solution, based on the American System concept of a credit system:

"We have to take all the money back from the bail-out," LaRouche told a gathering of associates on July 22. "Take it baa-ack! 'You stole it! You committed fraud.
