@sadfib 1)Thats when you vaporize it smartass,and 2) the lungs do have a capacity to heal themselves to a certain degree but if a person smokes over a long period of time, there will definitely be some damage that can't be reversed.
its your decison, if you think hot smoke from burned herbs is safe for your lungs... after all no one can stop you from making mistakes...
