But he doesnt. Lil wayne definetly wouldn't say "I lock your fate in, Im the gates of population, im the exit, but dont act like Im not the way in".
In this song he compares himself to tons of stuff, but he's more versatile in other freestyles. And even then, there's NO comparing him to Wayne.
