I visited ( Splendid China ) in January of 1995 . I was very impressed
at how enormous the property was, and also at how extensive the range
of meticulously constructed models were built in order to represent each region
of China . The scale at which these replicas were produced was astounding ; in some instances , 1/2 " ( inch ) = 1 ' ( foot ) was not uncommon . Now think about that scale , when applied to the 1/4 mile long reproduction of " The Great Wall of China ". Absolutely Amazing
