"Old guys?" I am 48 and still play lead for a band. Ian Anderson said "you are never too old to rock and roll if you are too young to die". And being a dentist, the best best part is that no one in your band will ever have their photo in the big book of British smiles (I think you have to be over 40 to appreciate the obscure references). Rock on dude, play till they plant you.

Awsome! My Dad is 47 and jams to Metallica, Ted Nugent, Scorpions and Judas Priest. He has loved guitars since he was a kid. He play's everyday and very loud. Like your Dad he probably wanted to be a rock god but became a conformist instead.

Dad, From one ole headbanger to another,you got a good ear,the tabs you can buy are usually off by a few notes to keep from copyright infringement. Anyway I came up like you doing it by ear,many many hours playing over and over and then playing at the friday night parties.My band of choice was IRON MAIDEN, but learned alot of the other stuff as well, Man you just brought back lots of great memories

I do not use tabs, I learned this by ear in 1983. Sometimes the tabs are off a little, so I usually avoid them.

Good Grief!! He even played BOTH of KK and Glenn's lead solos! DEFINITELY the BEST guitar cover of this song on youtube! I play this song on guitar. Please post more!!

I learned this song by ear 23 years ago. Actually, I learn all my songs by ear because it usually takes me more time to learn by tabs.
