I don't allow them to nude scan me or touch my groin area; I tell them that I feel its unconstitutional and, in effect, criminal battery. They say you have to -- I say No, I have a right to travel and I refuse to drop any constitutional rights & that if they wish to prevent me from moving on I will arrest them for kidnapping. Out of 4 times of patdowns, 0 times I was stopped..their patdowns stopped below my knees.

i don't understand how people love to be lied to and love to give up everything to be considered that you support america, to be sold the idea that there is this invisible guy that's gonna destroy everything, to be told that, " there's illegals lurking " or " there are bad guy's in a bus or plane " so you say, oh i'm american i have nothing to hide go ahead pass any law you want, search my pant's everyday anywhere anytime.

1- You still have a right to travel (car, bus, train)
2- You arn't being forced to search, you can give consent, or leave.
3- You can still excersise your right and take another means of transportation
4- Its not
5- No state is.

Then I would look at you. (laugh a little inside), and say fine, I won't touch you, now turn around and go out the door you came in, your not flying out of here.
-
No its not. You can either consent to a search, or you can walk away without a search. Its your choice. and It's not against the 4th amendment at all.
