  • This Method really works in helping to gain strength over our symptoms. Give it a try.

  • Recovery works. It is about learning thinks to say to yourself. "this is distressing but not dangerous""I have the will to bear the discomfort knowing comfort will come." "I know that I don't know (what is going to happen or what others think etc)" Every act of self control leads to greater self respect....repeating the phrase for the concern in the mind really really helps me to this day

  • I been a member of recovery for 25 years

I glad that it getting attention I know that so manny people will be help by it

  • We don't have RI in my area so I will have to do the phone hotline method.

  • Excellent - thank you! It's wonderful to see Recovery getting its positive healthy message out there!

  • I've been in RI for 7 years. When I went to my first meeting tears welled up in my eyes because I knew I was going to get well. I had prayed for a group that would help me with panic and anxiety and God answered my prayers throught the San Diego Penny Saver ad. I began managing panick and anxiety after my first meeting! I am eternally grateful to Dr Low and Recovery International. Go to a meeting and "have to patience to wait" to get well. It works!

  • I first found Recovery 9 years ago through a small ad in a local shopping newspaper. The Recovery method was a blessing for me as I made a lot of progress both at work and in my home life. It gives me relief from obsessions and other symptoms. Thank you Recovery!

  • I joined Recovery in 1977 with panic attacks and depression. Recovery gave me the practical tools and support that I needed. I thank God that He led me there, and the things I learned have helped me for the past 31 years. It was an invaluable learning experience that I will always be grateful for.

  • I can personally vouch for the wonderful effectiveness of the Recovery Method. I've used the method nearly everyday of my life for decades. The techniques can be used in virtually any situation day or night. No therapist visit required. It would be great to have a video of some typical examples being given at meetings, or of people actually using the method during ordinary life situations. Bring along your digicams, nervous sufferers and let's document just how great this works!

  • Hi Richin07,

I don't know where you work but if you are interested in a Recovery International program for your jail please contact RI's Headquarters at 312-337-5661. We have been using a simplified version of Recovery called The Power to Change at Twin Towers in Los Angeles for a year and a half with great results.
