@AlienBusDriver Yes, I have heard quite a bit of it on here, similar sounding voice to his Bro, not as powerful. You know John was out twice -he will no doubt come back before he hangs up his guitar forever-I saw CCR back in '72, so it was great to see him a few years back-only 35 years between gigs!

@GalaxyHorse he needs to come back to Australia I missed him, tom fogerty's solo album is good by the way

QUE TEMAZO!!!! ESTO LO CANTAMOS CON CIRROSIS EN EL AÑO 2000. ARDÍA MI GARGANTA.

Tom Fogerty and John didnt come along very well, Tom was unhappy with only playing rythm guitar while John did all the work on the guitar + singing, so he left to begin an own solo career.
John did then decide the three remaining should share songwriting and singing on the album Mardi Gras to avoid confrontations, it didnt work out well (all the songs except Johns were pretty much shit). I guess Doug & Stu was a bit pissed on John so they left. And the world lost a great band.

John Fogerty has re-vamped his career though, he sounds just about the same..plays all the CCR numbers, he has been touring extensively for the last 5 years-even came to Australia.

Long story short. John Fogerty didn't want to give the otrher guys ANY input into the music: songwriting, ec. From what i hear, on the last album, he let them write songs. I guess he felt the rest of the band didnt' have the talent.
