Love it so much, but the meaning is similar to 'Bout Dat,' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UvKZgAm6bs) and that meaning is be constantly remembering God's plan, and keeping 'ON' the job. Being 'On it.' God says 'So are you gonna tell the world that I love them, and that I died for their love?' and your response should be 'Yes Lord, I'm On It.'
