This is my new Infinity Kappa subwoofer. I have all Kappas in the door and rear panel as well. These are the best speakers as far as crisp sound that I have ever heard. Please give me your feedback. The sub may be underpowered? I am looking to buy another amp for just powering the sub.

  • i have 2 reference 12's and a 600 and it hits hard. i have them in a prefab ported box. great subs, check out my video

  • Check out my new vid. I am thinking of going with a vented box though.

  • I dont have my car out yet but I wioll try and post a new vid with two of these subs ran off an infinity ref 1211a amp. I will put them in my truck to take the vid. Later.

  • inifinty kappa is low watts but over all infinty makes great car audio this is a nice sub you should think about getting the REF1252W or 1250W those both are decent i think 300 watts rms and 1000 peak power??? but this is nice too 200 somethin watts constant not bad i like infinity alpines kickers and rockfords make nice subs to man audiobahns are nice too...so are kenwoods...and the jensen xs is nice too i like alotta subs man but yours is nice dont listen to neg feedback they're just haters...

  • I hear you! These subs can take alot more juice than their rated for. 350W RMS but I have pushed 700W RMS to it and it didnt even get warm. They are a good buy but more for an SQ person rather than all SPL.

  • Im think of buying the kappas i was looking at them today if i do do you have any suggestions of what amp to run and enclosure im planning on getting 2 12's kappas

  • I would stick with sealed. These subs are pretty acurate and you would miss out on that with a vented box. Unless you only care about SPL? I am now running two of these subs with an Infinity 1211a mono amp. 1300W RMS. They sound nice! I will post a new vid soon. I set the gain at 700W RMS but they can handle the 1300 no problem.
