God damn!

Wow, her backbend is absolutely wonderful! I like the lotus addition too. :-)

@Anntoiinnee Thanks , i will try to put that into consideration and put more videos . Though its not possible to 'learn' from a video of 5-10 mins but it can still make the steps clear . And yes she is naturally flexible and her versatile range of training over gymnastics , ballet and yoga adds feather over the cap

And again Who is She ?
-
@anakrousis But yes it can be a natural flexibility but im sure this is training here :)

@gpduartecosta Ho no! Many contortionist train for have flexibility ! Hypermobility its rare ! Its not everybody that they have a flexible back like her ! I train everyday and my back is more more more flexible everyday but i have difficulty to have my lower back more flexible . This is why i was asking to @Yogawolrdvision to make VIDEOS about back flexibility training by joey ! That it

@Anntoiinnee I am sure it's largely natural flexibility. If you are not yourself hypermobile, there is no training you can do to reach that level/ease.

I love her..who is she
impressive...however...HUGE form issue. Her back bend is concentrated in one place only...lower back. Any qualified contortionist coach will tell you that leads to serious problems later. This Yogini MUST be trained to spead the back bend throughout the entire back...her mid and upper back are almost flat. This is super important to correct.

@gumbytony My Dear Friend , she has to use her Lumbar curve in order to balance the body to the gravitational shift during transitions . Her Back folds equally from all vertebra but for this sequence it just needs what she has done
