I tried out a new mic setup for this video, which is why I'm a bit louder than I was before, but there's also a lot of air puffs whenever I say a word with a P in it. This setups is easier for me to arrange on my desk, but I'm not a fan of all those Ps. Not sure if I'll stick with it yet.

Before Kil points it out, I realized afterward that "the kanji for the first character" is redundant.

If I understand my research correctly, the black bars over the eye thing is how they "censor" stuff that they can't legally use. Entei has the same black bar on his eyes in Touhou Mother/Earthbound.

Well, it could be a nod to shows like COPS where victims of domestic abuse have censor bars over their eyes to "protect the innocent". That's how I always saw it, at least.

Agreed. Unless you have or make a pop filter (see wikipedia), you should keep the mic away from the direct path of air out of your mouth. Usually if it's a boom mic on a headset, you should keep it flush with your cheek, with the end just by the corner of your mouth. If it's a desk mic, just don't lean close to it, and up the volume somehow, but it would be better to use a headset boom mic for this kind of stuff I think.

A solution to the air puffs when making "P"-like sounds is to speak slightly away from the microphone e.g. from the corner of your mouth or somewhere (if possible). This should reduce the amount of air you "blow" into the mic. However, if it isn't possible to arrange your mic in this manner, you'll just have to deal with the air puffs.

Great job on the 100SS (all of them up to this point) by the way.

So I guess I get why she's got a Yoshi head on (she's tied up for punishment, Yoshi is constantly thrown in pits & lava in mario hacks, etc), but the black bar seems a bit random...er.
