Then what else .. this greedy communist pig took the balance premium amount of 2.5 million from the developer (Nusmetro Ventures) and sealed the land transaction deal on 27 March 2009 ... till now this communist bastard hiding the land transaction deal from Penangites. Barisan Company Nusmetro Ventures Sdn Bhd paid RM996,000 as a deposit to accomplishe the project, the land deal was started when kho tsu koon was in power, but unfortunatelly BN lost in GE12 and DAP wins in Penang. When DAP came in to power, they know very well that, if the project is not approved within 3 months the village will go back to KBP residents,
