I'm an NYU student (CAS) and while I do like many of your demands you guys are acting like TOTAL TWATS. Sorry kids but storming a STUDENT-ACTIVITY CENTER does not exactly say anything good about your movement, just that you guys are a bunch of attention whores. How many of you moaning bitches actually wrote a letter to your senator about these things? I'm betting ZERO. I've always felt that any experience is dependable on the people you associate with. I'm going to NYU this fall and i feel kind of sad that there are those kinds of immature men and women in such a university. I feel there's a way to get your point across and still be diplomatic and mature. Apperently, the idea of a 'liberal' college has gotten to their heads. regardless. I'M GOING TO NYU!!!! (And i wouldn't want to ruin my 55K tuiton by doing something so immature!)

Education IS free. A college degree ISN'T. Know the difference. If you want a free education, use the public library system. The NYPL is fantastic and better than NYU's library. These people are at NYU to get college degrees, first and foremost, let's not shit ourselves. They want that piece of paper just as much as the next person.
