ABQ TEA Party April 2009

Thousands of New Mexicans lined up the streets of Montgomery Blvd on April 15th 2009 in Albuquerque as part of the Nationwide TEA Party. This was not about Democrats and Republicans, Liberals and Conservatives but United States citizens concerned about their country and wanting REAL change. From the hundreds upon hundreds of signs it was obvious that there is something wrong with the current state of government and its connection with the citizens of this Country. Where were our state representatives? Why didn't they come out and support us? Who are they truly representing? We are tired of irresponsibility, ever increasing taxes and corrupt politicians. The time is now. We the people of the United States need to take back our Country and bring the CHANGE. It is our responsibility.

@seudodotcom the bailouts were needed...in case you didn't know that. Obama and Bush didn't WANT to bail out companies, they HAD to. If they didn't we would be in a depression right now. I suggest you do some research. Right now, we can't cut much back because the american people are already used to what we have, and if we cut taxes, we reduce spending...the economy cannot go back, or stay put, it can only go forward. Otherwise, it collapses.
