@jhawarzsky They have hanging coffins like this in some parts of China too. I heard that the people who made them there believed that their ancestors had been birds or that the spirits of the dead took the form of birds, which may have had something to do with burying them so high up. I'm not sure whether I have that last part right though.

looks like this place was submerge underwater b4? promise, Sagada is a very beautiful and amazing spot for those who love hiking and nature. I've been there.

baken lang good rock formations,it also makes you wonder how it was formed and why you find it only in Sagada,so with that hanging coffins too,kayman tay menpoos nan bato ya fresh air...ay ngana paylang di makwanim?...
