Budo for Peace (BFP) is a non-for-profit organization set up in 2004 by Martial Arts Master Danny Hakim to promote the budo values among youth of all origins through their training.
The BFP program, specifically developed by pedagogical specialists and martial arts instructors, provides children from diverse backgrounds (Muslim, Christian, Bedouin, Druze, Jews, as well as immigrant groups) with opportunities to interact, communicate and bond with one another -- often for the first time. The stimulating and inspiring curriculum is designed to foster acceptance of the other and build future community leaders
