10. I have no energy
9. I am tired of wearing "big" clothes

7. Maybe I will motivate others to lose
6. so my clothes will fit better
5. Look at my stomach
4. So that I can feel like "me" again

2. So that damn scale can stop saying to be continued!

    i am was on a diet and lost 30lbs in 3 monthes then stopped the dieting and in 5 months i have put 10 of them back on so i started the diet again monday to get those 10lbs plus 15 more

    i M TRYIN to get fine for the summer time

  • start smoking and drink lots of coffee ;) or just drink coffee. i think that if you drink coffee to every meal it would kill some appetite.

  • Stretch marks come from,gaining,losing weight too fast or growth spurts from childhood--the skin doesn't have time to catch up with the persons height.

  • I know you can do, if you make a lifestyle change. Start doing some of the things that you want to be able to do once you lose weight.

    and eat as though you are already at your goal weight, and you are just maintaining your weight.

    I'm doing that, I seem to be losing weight...I don't have any videos on here though.
