  • What is he playing in unison with? For us guys that love our trombone, Knepper won't be forgotten. I wonder how much Randy Brecker's hard bop trumpet style was influenced by Knepper & his bone?

  • Listening to this, it's hard to believe this his playing after losing his embouchure and the top octave of his range. Damn...

  • Yeah....a great player & unique stylist especially in the blues but also rips up bop changes too.
