Welcome back to sixpackshortcuts everyone,
Mike Chang here, today I'll show you how to really build a thick ripped check thats perfectly shape.
Well be doing one of my favorite chest building and sculpting exercise. Its done on the cable flys but with a special twist.
Make sure you pay close attention to the special techniques i'm showing you because thats how we are really going to bring out the definition in our chest muscle.
Start incorporating this into your chest workouts and you'll see a dramatic difference in the size and strength also.
