You TOO, are doing some of the Yoga Poses which are certainly beneficial for any individual. But , this BY NO MEANS is the " salutation to the sun ". There are 24 (twenty four ) poses in SURYA NAMASKAR which should be done one after another simultaneously. Write me : srecorp/at/yahoo/dot/ca
