  • Love & peace :)

  • very great sharing, though...very wonderful.

  • the woman coughing wont stop coughing..jesus christ please make her stop!!! lol!

  • if his talks were on american t.v. it would be the number one show over night!

    thats reality television.

  • @mossberg451 Which is ironic given the prescription to focus on actions in present reality, in the now, versus perceptions of reality. By the way, Thomas Merton and Thomas Keating -- amongst others -- are fine, fine Christian contemplatives. Christianity isn`t represented by nor does it necessarily endorse, televangelists and their ilk. And yes, Thich`s example and instruction is comforting isn`t it? Peace.

  • The past is just faded moments...the future is just promised moments...The present is the only real moment. When you read a Thich Nhat Hanh book...you can only read it one word at a time.

  • i would rather hear what this guy has to say than any christian preacher out there

  • Beautiful. There is a whole new world going on all around us in the present momment that we have not been a part of.So much time wasted fuming and fretting.Well no more !

Hey friend, when i practice this, i do as Thich Nhat says, I focus my mind on the present moment and give attention to my body and it's step.To let each step remind you of the moment. It can pull you in. When you practice with sincere attention something within you acknowledges the fact that you are here, in this moment. Give yourself patience! I hope you enjoy!

  • dharma ty so much.
