Interesting that the British Royal Family was represented at the wedding of the Kaiser's granddaughter. Prince George was of course born a Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, with a mass of close German rels. Towards the end of WWl the Royal Family magicked into The Windsors.

This is Princess Cecilie of Prussia, the youngest child of Crown Prince Wilhelm of Prussia (the Heir to Kaiser Wilhelm II).
In this footage she married an American, Clyde K. Harris. He would die 10 years later, leaving Princess Cecilie and hos daughter, Kira Harris.
Princess Cecilie died in 1975 and has been interred in the family crypt at Hohenzollern Castle. The same castle you see here at her wedding day.

Her father was Kaiser Wilhelm II 's eldest son. Kaiser Wilhelm II was the leader of Germany during World War One and he was the last Kaiser. I believe she married a commoner...an American army lieutenant.
