Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum - Eevee's New Evolutions

To get a Eevee on Diamond or Pearl you need to complete the Sinnoh Dex (see all 150) and once you have received the National Dex go to Hearthome City and talk to Bebe.

You can get a Eevee on Platinum as soon as you reach Hearthome City, Just talk to Bebe and she will give you an Eevee.

To get Leafeon you need to Level up an Eevee one level when at the patch of grass near the moss-covered rock in Eterna Forest.

To get Glaceon you need to Level up an Eevee one level when at the patch of grass near the ice-covered rock on Route 217.

You also need to beat the Elite Four, and Cynthia in Diamond and Pearl. THen you can go to the trophy garden, talk to Mr. Backlot or whatever his name is, say "YES" to all of his questions, and you can start your Pokemon hoarding! He'll give you a Poketch app to see how many Pokemon you can collect and such. There are Eevee, and new Pokemon you couldn't find before. There are even shiny Eevees too! :D
