Peter did a good job on this, but it's not the same without Phil. I remember them playing this at Winterjam '06 in Cincinnati when Phil was still with group....totally blew me away!! Now Peter, Phil and Paul are gone, but atleast Jody came back!!! I like Mike Tait and all, but its just not the Newsboys that I grew up with, I really hope that we see a reunion one day with Peter, Phil, Duncan, Jody, Jeff and maybe even John James...that would be stunning! ;)

in a video commercial for lifelight 2010 they have a clip of a band and they say newsboys is coming and the song they were playing was cool but I don't know the name or if it is them for sure. It looks like they used to have a black member who sang. Does anyone know it's the song that starts at .39

John James claims that he sang the original version of this song, but the same day they cut the album, he came forward to the band about his substance abuse and so they asked him to step down. I'd love to hear what this song sounded like with John's vocals.
