This is the first two minutes of The Water Show recorded from the third floor before my camera stopped.
The Water Show, an elaborate, 360-degree display of music, water and light, entertains hourly at the The Pier Shops at Caesars in Atlantic City, free of charge.
At the far end of the mall -- the end of The Pier Shops which juts into the ocean -- the "world's largest indoor fountain matrix" resides, utilizing all three levels of the structure. Made up of "150 individually controlled fountain nozzles, a 19,000 gallon reflecting pool, 179 LED and intelligent lighting fixtures, and state-of-the-art audio technology," The Water Show creates "illuminated water effects with infinite color possibilities."
The Pier Shops' Water Show Contains Two Distinct Shows
The Pier Shops' multi-sensational show is, in fact, two different shows -- one which takes place in daytime hours, and one that occurs during the evening. During the day, the presentation contains varying genres of song in a "musical journey through the history of dance." At night, The Water Show's music is made up exclusively of the jazz song "Fever," in an almost sensually suggestive water and light dance.
