He sure is great, he's a versatile player, I love the whole album so I can't pick a favorite.

Not in awhile. But I believe he's back in the Virginia area. Will have to check the local entertainment schedules. I've been kinda tied up with a number of music & literary projects.

Oh wow, Im so impressed you know and chose to do this song!!! I love it and have been practicing it! And my friend you really do a GREAT job. I thought this might be hard to do with just an acoustic as Kirchen's original is full of fancy telecaster work. You prove it does work! Really impressed my friend, great taste, you definately know what good country music is!

Really enjoyed your performance . If you want an idea for another fun song, check out Roy Clark's "Thank God and Grey Hound" I'd like to hear your rendition.

Cool. I know old Bill Kirchen. He was a regular in Arlington, Virginia way back when. I even picked with him once at Whitey's.
