Should we make a special tax on millionaires?

Some politicans want to make a sprecial new tax increase of 1 percent on millionaires in New York. it could raise 2 and a half billion dollars for NY.

well, it would be helpful for the people and the city if it`s possible.

Even if they are more taxed than before, they dont want to leave NY cuz only they can make that money(much money) in NY, not somewhere else.

In Korea, I think we dont have special tax for the rich people like millionaire`s tax.

Just we have different tax rates(8%,17%,26%..)

so Every one is different..

Yes... We told about this in class.. i think, They can pay more, they really can and if they love NY (of course, they do :))they will stay here:)
