Scientology and the IRS ... FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATION

The GREATEST BLOW that we could inflict on Scientology is to persuade the IRS to rescind their ILLEGAL TAX-EXEMPT STATUS.

Scientology has been fighting the IRS for Tax exemption since 1966 and, although it was denied in 1980, because of the cults:
1) Conspiracy to obstruct the IRS
2) Abuse of religious confidence
3) Infliction of psychic harm
4) Blackmail and "fair game"
5) Disconnection policy
6) False imprisonment
7) False statements to immigration officials
8) Removal of large amounts of money from the US
9) False registration of yachts
10) Drastic punishment of staff and members
the IRS relented in 1993 because of the 2500 lawsuits that David Miscavige had personally filed against the IRS.

The Tax breaks that scientologists enjoy are not available to any other person or any other religion in the US.
For example, scientologists can claim back ANY FEES THEY MAY PAY IN PRIVATE EDUCATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN. When a Jewish couple (Michael and Martha Sklar of Los Angeles) recently tried to do the same, they were REFUSED.

THIS IS A CLEAR AND UNEQUIVOCAL VIOLATION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION. This states that ALL RELIGIONS should be treated equally; the US government should NOT offer one religion preferential treatment over another.
TO ALL AMERICANS OUT THERE, I URGE YOU TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AND NATIONAL GOVERNEMENT REPRESENTATIVES AND FORMALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATION.
