This is a good practice for those who want to start ashtanga yoga, or for those who want to do an easier practice. This part includes most five of the six fundamental standing poses. You can see me practicing, but I have also included an audio where I lead the practice for you.

  • At 5:28 it is very hard for me to breath. I feel like a shortage of breath and I start kind of 'panicking' :)

my teacher says I should open my ribs and breath from there, but I must admit I am very far away from that :(

  • @carloCGN It is a challenging pose in the beginning. Just take it easy and keep practicing. It will become easier. If you feel really bad in the pose, just back off a bit. Don't over do it.

  • Sorry about the poor video quality. For some very odd reason I could only upload this in a smaller format. I have no idea why since the previous and the next will be in a higher resolution.
