I highly doubt the Yellow Emperor was fat in the proper sense - perhaps his representation was symbolic? He was a warrior all his life - it is rather doubtful that his belligerent lifestyle would have left much room for excess fat.
Still, my deepest respects for the man that unfied one of the most powerful countries in the world.

Using either leg braces or full-on upper body strength to hold himself up against the podium.

FDR looks like he's standing, when in reality he actually needed help to stand because of his suffering of polio in his legs.

I really wish they would stop making ramesses so european looking. It was very obvious he was much browner than how the game makers made him to be. Same goes for the other ruler

I'm not too sure about that. The modern Egyptians may have a pretty dark skin, but they descend from both the ancient Egyptians and the Arabians.

And I think the big reason he had so much Peter was that that song is 3:45 minutes of pure, unadulterated Russian Awesomness, and he just wanted to play it all.
