my spin class is sooo hard but fun......our instructor plays music and then lowers the music for instructions and motivates us the whole time while she is on the bike

We ride these crappy bikes at my gym too. They suck, and can't handle leg strength at 3.

I first thought this was a bit of orientation to the new comers before the class starts. Maybe it was at first but then the class began. Looking at her, I don't think I'd ever take her seriously if I were in her class.

I am a veteran of 2 spin classes...and this video would make me never want to go if I saw this first....a good class has dimmed down lights with an instructor on a raised bike motivating us all to simulate uphills, races, slower cycling..all mixed with a great thumping soundtrack.....a million times better than this cr*p...I am doing 2 classes per week and love it
