@TheJolteonMaster Glad you asked! It refers to the time of Revolutionary War era. America WAS the Underdog and he felt threatened and well..."Under". right?

Basically, he was in that /same/ position: England towering over him as he was defeated in this certain battle: perhaps Bunker Kill or Long Island ;)
