in the morning, get out of bed and go to the restroom like a light and a temp. and keep trying until is hit those 2 temps and is on your own, ask your m0mmy anything that make you feel better and stay in bed and get more sleep, DO YOU KNOW, young mans or womans get 12-14 hours of sleep per day.
