the defense for the cowboys play great but it was another close game that the cowboys should have won but the patriots won the game towards the end and a scored a touchdown when they needed to.
Fuck that excuse for the terrible playcalling. In the press after the game Garret said himself they intentionally didn't go to Dez becuase he felt they had him covered. Stupid decision not to give him a shot but they tried to be conservative. That was their whole approach of the game They could have lit up the Patriots secondary but didn't really try. That's on the coach.
@Segovia06 He absolutely can call an audible at the line had he done his job and noticed the coverage. Doesn't make a damn bit of difference what play Garrett called, Romo could have changed the play. Don't take my amateur word for it, all you had to do was watch any sports show the following day to hear ex players, and coaches say the same damn thing...I suppose you know more than they do as well.
@eyetolduso The shovel pass was the play call not a decision romo had to make. That's on the coach. U have no choice on a shovel pass there's no other options you must not have ever played football. You don't look at the receivers or anyone else to see anything the o line lets the d line in easily and they try to full the D and do a quick flip to the RB but the LBs weren't fooled. They never gave Romo a chance. Terrible play calling.
If they did not pick up Rob Ryan as defensive coordinator, they would be 0-5. I have been a fan since 1978 & truly believe that. This is a tough season because the 3 loses were all very close. Bottom line, play calling on offense about 15- 20% of the time is bad! & the red zone offense is basically horrible.
Romo does a shuffle pass in the red zone when Dez has single coverage? Defense lets Brady drive for 80 fucking yards to win the game...Kiss their asses all you want, I find the entire team pathetic.

The cowboys went toe to toe against patriots and I am proud of the effort but I am disappoint that the cowboys lose.
