Do you know why the CSX was sitting there?
Were they waiting for a crew change or tracks ahead too clear?
Just wondering cause I cant hear the audio on here. Somethings wrong with the sound board on my computer.

The train that wasn't moving was a Herzog train (ballast train) and they had just dumped a lot of ballast along the ROW while heading north. Then when they got to this location they let off a Herzog employee who was riding with them and then they ran their engines around the train and hooked onto the rear end for the ride back to Atlanta. After they hooked onto the back end, Q541 passed them then they proceeded after him.

Nice video. Was that the crew you were talking to? Q540 heads north up here round 7 or 8 PM.

The conductor's name was Hooch I think. I'm not sure if they were a W&A or K&A crew.

Considering he was talking about the K & A guys teeth probably W & A. i hear the K & A guys are not that friendly.

Im friends with more W&A guys but I know a few on the K&A that give me a toot or two when they go by.
